Talk-Backs with JAC first year acting students

One of the things that MTE is thrilled to be a part of is the Stage II initiative.  We work, in collaboration with the John Abbott College Department of Theatre and Music, in the hopes of exposing students in the Prof. Theatre Program to the professional world of theatre.

This week, actors Adam LeBlanc (Eddie), Rebecca Croll (Beatrice) and Christie Hebert (Catherine) spoke with the first year JAC Professional Theatre Acting students about the challenges and triumphs they have faced in their struggle to work as professional actors in the Montreal Area.  Some of the students had already been to watch a read-through of the play and were able to articulate what they saw and learned in observing how professional actors work when approaching a text.
